Can I cancel my reservation?We understand plans can change, if you cancel 60 days prior to your reservation, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 60 days of your reservation, you will forfeit your reservation deposit.

What should we bring?You’ll need to bring basic camping supplies, bedding, towels and food.

What comes with the camper?Most of the campers come fully stocked with plates, cups, bowls, mixing bowls, strainer, silverware, knifes, spatulas, large spoons, pots, pans, can opener, coffee maker with filters, crockpot, toaster, griddle, kitchen towels, pot holders, trash can, trash bags, paper towel, toilet paper, first aid kit, hand soap, dish soap, broom, surface spray, toilet bowl cleaner & exterior rug.

What time will my camper arrive?We will do our best to have your rented camper delivered and setup between 3pm & 5pm.

What time do I need to have the camper empty and cleaned up by?The camper needs to have trash emptied, floor swept, dishes clean and put away and ready for pick up by 10am.

Are pets allowed in the campers?The Mini is the only camper that we allow pets in. We love our furbabies but several of our guests have allergies to animals. For that reason we do not allow pets in the Avenger, Apex or Zinger.

What happens if inclement weather?If the weather is unsafe for the renter, we will offer a refund or do our best to reschedule your reservation.

Can I engage in watersports?Yes, at your own risk

Do I need to fill the pontoon up at the end of the rental?No, we want you to enjoy your day and not worry about finding fuel, we will refill the pontoon at the end of your rental at no extra charge to you.

If I have a multiple day rental, can I tow the pontoon to a different lake?"No, our insurance does not allow the renter to tow the pontoon.

What time will the pontoon arrive at the boat launch?We will do our best to arrive by 10am
